We do not hold an NBFC license, banking license, or any registration under RBI, SEBI, or IRDAI as our activities do not require such registration. NiveshSetu operates solely as a marketing and lead generation platform. We facilitate customer awareness and enquiries — we do not process applications, disburse loans, issue cards, or settle insurance claims. Any application submitted through our referral links is processed entirely by the respective Partner Institution. NiveshSetu has no visibility into or control over application status, approval criteria, or product terms. We earn referral commissions from Partner Institutions and do not charge any fees to users.

Product details including interest rates, fees, charges, features, eligibility criteria, and benefits displayed on our Platform are sourced from publicly available information and communications from our Partner Institutions. While we endeavour to keep this information accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations regarding its completeness, reliability, or timeliness. Financial product terms are subject to change by the issuing institutions at any time without prior notice to us. Always verify current terms directly with the respective bank, NBFC, insurance company, or asset management company before proceeding with any application.
5. Third-Party Products & Services
All financial products and services featured on our Platform are offered and provided by third-party Partner Institutions. NiveshSetu acts solely as a facilitator and does not underwrite, guarantee, or take responsibility for any financial product or service offered by these institutions. Any contract or agreement you enter into with a Partner Institution is solely between you and that institution. NiveshSetu shall not be held responsible for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from your relationship with any Partner Institution.
6. Credit Score Impact
Please be aware that submitting applications for credit cards, loans, or other credit products may result in hard enquiries on your credit report, which could temporarily impact your credit score. We recommend applying for financial products judiciously and only when you have a genuine requirement. NiveshSetu is not responsible for any impact on your credit score resulting from applications made through links on our Platform.
7. Communication & Marketing
By providing your contact information and consenting to receive communications, you acknowledge that NiveshSetu may contact you via RCS, SMS, WhatsApp, Email, phone calls, and other channels with information about financial products, services, and promotional offers. These communications are sent in accordance with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations (TCCCPR) and applicable TRAI guidelines. You may opt out at any time.

NiveshSetu, its founders, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from your use of this Platform, reliance on information provided herein, or any financial product obtained through referrals from this Platform.
